These Official Giveaway Rules ("Rules") govern all promotional giveaways ("Drops") operated by The Ticket Drop LLC, 452 31st Street, Miami, FL 33137. By entering any Drop, you agree to these Rules in their entirety.

No Purchase Necessary

  • • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your odds of winning.
  • • Every registered user can earn the full maximum of 140 entries per Drop entirely for free through base entry, social actions, and referrals.
  • • Tokens provide convenience and speed — allowing users to reach the entry cap faster — but do not increase the cap or provide any probability advantage over free users.
  • • To enter without purchase: create a free account at theticketdrop.com and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry for any active Drop.
  • • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligibility

  • • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • • Employees, officers, directors, and agents of The Ticket Drop LLC, affiliated promoters, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.
  • • One account per person. Multiple accounts will result in disqualification of all associated entries and permanent ban from the Platform.
  • • Participants must provide accurate and complete registration information.

Entry Rules & Hard Cap

  • • The maximum entry cap is 140 entries per user per Drop. This hard cap applies equally to all users — free or paying. No user may exceed 140 entries for any Drop.
  • • Base Entry: Every registered user receives 2 free entries automatically upon entering a Drop at no cost.
  • • Social Action Entries: Users may complete optional social actions (e.g., following on Instagram, joining the email list, enabling SMS alerts, sharing the Drop, downloading the app) to earn bonus entries. Each action may only be completed once per user per Drop. Social action entries are capped at a combined total of 22 per user per Drop. Entry rewards are displayed on each Drop's detail page.
  • • Referral Bonus Entries (Tier 1 — Link Share): Referrers earn +1 bonus entry per unique link share, up to a maximum of 25 link-share bonus entries per Drop.
  • • Referral Bonus Entries (Tier 2 — Verified Conversion): Referrers earn +5 additional bonus entries per referred friend who actually enters the Drop, up to a maximum of 25 verified conversions (125 entries). All referral entries are subject to the 140-entry hard cap.
  • • Token Boosts (Convenience Only): Users may spend tokens to accelerate their progress toward the 140-entry cap via Quick Charge (20 tokens, +20 entries), Fast Track (30 tokens, +35 entries), or Full Activation (50 tokens, +60 entries). Tokens cannot be used to exceed the 140-entry cap. All token-boosted entries are subject to the same hard cap as free entries.
  • • Entries open when a Drop is marked "active" and close at the time displayed on the Drop page. Entries submitted after the close time will not be counted.
  • • Free entries cannot be transferred or combined across Drops.

Referral Program Rules

  • • Referral links are drop-specific. A referral is only credited when the referred user enters the Drop associated with the referral link.
  • • Self-referrals are prohibited and will be automatically rejected by the system.
  • • Referral entries count toward the 140-entry hard cap.
  • • Maximum of 25 Tier-1 (link share) referral bonus entries per user per Drop.
  • • Maximum of 25 Tier-2 (verified conversion) referral bonus entries per user per Drop, awarding +5 entries each (up to 125 entries), subject to the 140 hard cap.
  • • TicketDrop reserves the right to audit and revoke referral entries if fraudulent activity, fake accounts, or coordinated manipulation is detected.
  • • Referral bonus entries are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Winner Selection

  • • Winners are selected via a weighted random algorithm after the Drop closes. Each entry — free, social, referral, or token-boosted — represents one equal unit in the prize pool.
  • • Because the entry cap of 140 applies to all users equally, no participant can achieve higher maximum odds than a fully engaged free user who has maximized all available free methods.
  • • All selections are final, binding, and logged for audit purposes. The audit trail includes entry counts, timestamps, and boost records for every participant.
  • • Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their account within 24 hours of selection.
  • • The Ticket Drop LLC is not responsible for undelivered notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or technical issues beyond our control.
  • • Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before receiving a prize.
  • • If a selected winner is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Rules, a new winner will be selected.

Prizes & Claiming

  • • Prizes are as described on each individual Drop page (e.g., General Admission tickets, VIP tickets, Backstage passes, Festival Passes, Field Passes, Suite access).
  • • Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours of notification unless otherwise specified on the Drop page.
  • • Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected at our discretion.
  • • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
  • • The Ticket Drop LLC is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, venue changes, or substitutions beyond our control.
  • • Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on prizes received. Winners with prizes valued at $600 or more may be required to complete tax documentation (IRS Form W-9).
  • • The Ticket Drop LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Mystery Packs

  • • Mystery Packs are optional paid digital products that reveal a guaranteed token prize upon opening.
  • • Every pack guarantees a minimum token payout — there are no zero-value outcomes. Token value rate: $0.05 per token (20 tokens = $1.00).
  • • Two pack styles are available: Normal (reliable pulls close to average value) and High Roller (higher variance — bigger shot at top tiers, but more minimum pulls).
  • • The specific prize tier is determined by published probability tables at the time of opening. Odds are displayed on each pack's detail page.
  • • Opened packs cannot be refunded, reversed, or re-rolled. All outcomes are final.
  • • Tokens won from Mystery Packs are credited immediately and are subject to the same terms as purchased tokens.
  • • Mystery Pack purchases are separate from Drops and do not count toward Drop entries or improve Drop odds.

Auction Rules

  • • Auctions allow users to bid tokens for a chance to win prizes. Each auction has a starting bid and minimum increment displayed on the auction page.
  • • Bids are binding. Tokens are committed at the time of bidding and held until the auction closes.
  • • If you are outbid, your tokens are automatically returned to your wallet and can be used immediately.
  • • The highest bid at the time the auction closes wins the prize. In the event of a tie, the earliest bid wins.
  • • Auction winners will be notified via email and must claim their prize within 48 hours of notification.
  • • Unclaimed auction prizes will be forfeited.
  • • Auctions are separate from Drops and do not affect Drop entry caps or odds.
  • • Collusion, bid manipulation, or use of multiple accounts in auctions is prohibited and will result in account termination.

Anti-Fraud Policy

  • • One account per person. Multiple accounts will be detected and all associated entries permanently banned.
  • • Automated entry (bots, scripts, macros, browser extensions, or similar tools) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
  • • Fraudulent token purchases, chargebacks, or payment disputes will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any prizes.
  • • Falsely completing social actions to claim bonus entries is prohibited.
  • • Coordinated referral manipulation (ring referrals, fake account networks) is prohibited and will result in account termination.
  • • Colluding in auctions or manipulating bid outcomes is prohibited.
  • • Attempting to reverse or charge back Mystery Pack purchases after opening is prohibited.
  • • We reserve the right to disqualify any participant suspected of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Rules at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
  • • All platform activity is monitored continuously for fairness and integrity. Suspicious activity may trigger an account hold pending review.

General Conditions

  • • The Ticket Drop LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Drop or Auction at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, technical issues, or force majeure events.
  • • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of The Ticket Drop LLC, which are final and binding in all matters related to each Drop.
  • • By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes by The Ticket Drop LLC, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • • These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
  • • These Rules may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.
  • • If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
