Terms of Service

By accessing or using TicketDrop ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Official Giveaway Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TicketDrop. By creating an account and participating in any drop, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a legal resident of the United States
• You are legally permitted to participate in promotional giveaways in your jurisdiction
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each individual may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in disqualification of all associated entries and potential permanent ban. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win a drop. Each registered user receives 2 free base entries per Drop at no cost, and may earn up to 140 total entries per Drop entirely for free through social actions and referrals. Paid boost options (tokens) are available to reach the entry cap faster but do not increase the cap or improve odds beyond what a fully engaged free user can achieve. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

To enter without purchase, create a free account at theticketdrop.com and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry for any active drop.

Tokens are a virtual in-platform currency used solely within TicketDrop for entry boosts (accelerating progress toward the 140-entry cap), mystery pack purchases, and auction bids. By purchasing tokens, you acknowledge:

• Tokens are non-refundable and have no cash value outside the platform
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change
• Tokens do not expire but may be forfeited upon account termination for violation of these terms
• Purchasing tokens does not guarantee winning a drop
• Tokens do not increase your maximum entry cap beyond 140 entries per drop

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. TicketDrop does not store your payment card information.

Subscriptions: Monthly subscription plans deliver a set number of tokens automatically each billing cycle. By subscribing, you acknowledge:

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled by you through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support
• Unused tokens roll over while your subscription is active, up to a maximum of 2× your monthly token allocation
• Tokens expire 30 days after your subscription is canceled or lapses
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Subscription payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's billing terms

TicketDrop offers Mystery Packs — digital packs that can be purchased with real money and reveal a guaranteed token prize upon opening. By purchasing and opening Mystery Packs, you acknowledge:

• Every pack guarantees a minimum token payout — there are no zero-value outcomes
• Token value rate: $0.05 per token (20 tokens = $1.00 USD)
• Pack styles (Normal, High Roller) affect the variance of outcomes — High Roller packs offer higher potential top-tier pulls but also higher likelihood of minimum-value pulls
• The specific prize tier is determined by probability at the time of opening and is final
• Opened packs cannot be refunded, reversed, or re-rolled
• Tokens won from packs are credited to your wallet immediately and are subject to the same terms as purchased tokens
• Mystery Pack purchases do not count toward Drop entries and do not improve Drop odds
• TicketDrop reserves the right to add, modify, or remove Mystery Packs at any time

TicketDrop may host token-based auctions where users bid tokens for a chance to win prizes. By participating in auctions, you acknowledge:

• Bids are binding — tokens are committed at the time of bidding and held until the auction closes
• If you are outbid, your tokens are automatically returned to your wallet
• The highest bid at the time the auction closes wins the prize
• Auction winners will be notified via email and must claim their prize within 48 hours
• Unclaimed auction prizes will be forfeited
• Auctions are separate from Drops and do not affect Drop entry caps or odds
• Minimum bids and bid increments are set per auction and displayed on the auction page
• TicketDrop reserves the right to cancel or modify any auction at its sole discretion

Winners are selected via a weighted random algorithm once a drop closes. Users with more entries (free, boosted, referral, or social action) have a proportionally higher probability of selection, but no entry is guaranteed to win. The hard entry cap of 140 applies equally to all users, ensuring no participant can achieve higher maximum odds than a fully engaged free user. All winner selections are final and binding.

Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their account within 24 hours. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim their prize within the stated timeframe (typically 48 hours), the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.

Prizes are subject to availability and the terms set by event organizers or venues. TicketDrop is not responsible for:

• Event cancellations, postponements, or venue changes
• Prize substitutions made necessary by circumstances beyond our control
• Travel, accommodation, or any costs associated with claiming a prize

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on prizes received. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

TicketDrop offers a referral program that allows users to earn bonus entries by inviting friends to enter Drops. By participating in the referral program, you agree to the following:

• Each registered user receives a unique referral link tied to their account and the specific Drop being shared.
• Referral links are drop-specific. A referral is only credited when the referred user enters the Drop associated with the referral link.
• Referrers earn +1 bonus entry per link share, up to a maximum of 25 link-share bonus entries per Drop.
• An additional +5 bonus entries are awarded per verified friend who actually enters the Drop, up to a maximum of 25 verified conversions (125 entries), subject to the overall 140-entry hard cap.
• Self-referrals are prohibited and will be automatically rejected.
• Referral rewards may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• TicketDrop reserves the right to revoke referral entries if fraudulent or manipulative activity is detected.

Users may complete optional social actions (such as following on Instagram, joining an email or SMS list, enabling notifications, or sharing a Drop) to earn additional bonus entries for a specific Drop. By completing social actions:

• Each action may only be completed once per user per Drop.
• Social action entries are capped at a combined total of 22 per Drop.
• The number of bonus entries awarded per action is displayed on each Drop's detail page.
• Social action entries count toward your total weighted entry pool for that Drop.
• TicketDrop relies on good-faith completion of social actions and reserves the right to verify and revoke entries for fraudulent completions.
• Available actions may vary by Drop based on promoter configuration.

Third-party promoters may submit Drops to TicketDrop for approval. By submitting a Drop as a promoter, you agree:

• You have the legal right and authority to offer the prize described.
• All prize descriptions are accurate and prizes will be fulfilled as stated.
• TicketDrop may reject, modify, or remove any Drop at its sole discretion.
• TicketDrop is not liable for promoter failures to fulfill prizes.
• Promoters must comply with all applicable sweepstakes and promotional laws.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any prizes:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain additional entries
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the winner selection process
• Abusing the referral program through fake accounts or self-referrals
• Falsely completing social actions to claim bonus entries
• Colluding in auctions or manipulating bid outcomes
• Attempting to reverse or charge back Mystery Pack purchases after opening
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

All content, branding, and materials on TicketDrop are the property of The Ticket Drop LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

TicketDrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ticket Drop LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of tokens, missed events, prize disputes, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to TicketDrop in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Ticket Drop LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and TicketDrop each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

This arbitration provision does not apply to disputes that qualify for small claims court.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
